Calvary has a rich heritage of ministry in the Springdale community since it was established in 1971. The church started with ten charter members and was pastored by Brother Noel and Hazel Easterling.

The fist addition was a new sanctuary in July of 1974.  Over the years the church grew and consequently added a larger fellowship hall and kitchen in 1987.

Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Clark Snow, God moved in an unbelievable way in and through His church. Calvary entered a new era of growth in ministry, adding an extra fifteen pews in early spring of 1996. Thinking that that was going to fulfill the needs of the church.  Unlike what we knew at the time, God had other plans in store. In November 1997 a new 550-seat sanctuary opened. The growth was amazing, but in 2007 the church leadership and Pastor Snow brought a new fresh vision to the table.

In February 2008 the new 750-seat sanctuary opened. The 1997 building was remodeled, now holding home to classrooms, teen game room, kitchen and a gym.  This wonderful facility is the Calvary Life Center, and along with holding home to our children, student and other ministries.

When looking back over the last fifty years, it’s easy to see how much God have blessed us.  As we can see now, we know the best is yet to come.
